After submitting and paying for the exam application on the official SOA website, you will receive an email from SOA in your application's email account.
The entire fastest process can be done immediately or sent within an hour. If it takes more than an hour, please contact our customer service department immediately (phone / email)
If you do not have an internal exam ID, you will not be able to access the official Prometric website to book your exam room. (Therefore, please receive this ID as soon as possible after purchase)

Once you've found your exam ID, visit the Prometric website to book an exam location and time.
Prometric test room and time specification method
When everything is ready, go to Google Search Engine and find "Prometric-Exam Registration"
Then follow these photos one by one.
1) After entering the page, you can skip those terms and continue
2) Don't forget to check the two boxes to skip these terms as well and continue
3) Enter your qualification ID or exam ID obtained by SOA or email, and your surname (not your first name or last name)
4) Enter the country / region (or country to take the test) in the center, click Search to see the available test rooms, and click the green location
5) Click "Schedule of appointment" to select it
6) After selecting the first point and month, press "Run"
7) Normally, when you enter here, the selectable dates will light up. Click on these dates to see some timeframes on the right (8:30 am, 12:30 pm, etc.).
If they are all empty, try selecting again after a few hours. If that doesn't work, contact Prometric about manual booking.
8) If you have selected the location and date and time of the examination room, please check here again at the end. After confirming that there is no problem, click "Reservation Complete".
9) When complete, an email will be sent next. Then you can wait for the test to arrive.
Prometric Exam Venue Reservation Questions

When you encounter this situation, you can try it for a few hours first. For these few hours, you need to move on to the next step immediately.
In any case, don't waste your exam fee. In the worst case, arrange for the next exam or get a refund.
The first solution is to first contact SOA Customer Service to tell them what is happening and remember to include the most basic information (which exam, name, exam ID, etc.). There is also a solution to this problem that you can ask.
This method typically takes 1-3 business days and the customer service reply includes several solutions. If you cannot find your test room 1-2 weeks before the test starts, we recommend that you apply for a refund.
The second option is to call the Prometric Center . You can find phone numbers in different countries on the Prometric website. Please check by phone for other vacant seats. If so, you can book directly.
The third solution is to keep updating the Prometric booking page . Of course, this is very tedious and you may have to enter the ID and name repeatedly.
